Personal projects and commissioned works blend harmoniously within Caro Diario’s practice. Every summer for the past three years, the studio has hosted an ice cream pop-up in Paris - now a signature event - alongside bespoke catering for international luxury brands, large-scale food installations, and creative workshops such as the one led at Domaine de Boisbuchet, a renowned design and architecture research center.

Always evolving, the studio continues to explore new ways of turning food into a medium for creativity and experience, from intimate gatherings to ambitious artistic collaborations.
