Caro Diario

Caro Diario (2020) is a Paris based creative studio
founded by Zélikha Dinga, chef and food artist.  
Caro Diario specializes in tailor-made culinary 
experiences working across creative direction, 
artistic culinary installations, 
original food ideas.

Zélikha Dinga is a French cook inspired 
by the generosity of Italian cuisine and the classic 
beauty of French pastries. Zélikha finds magic in the 
act of transforming  the raw ingredients that occurs 
while cooking, then in the act of tasting that follows 
like an everyday and banal performance. And yet poetic. 
After studying literature, Zélikha studied cooking at Ferrandi 
in Paris. She worked in various restaurants in Paris 
and London before creating Caro Diario in 2020.
