Caro Diario (founded in 2020) is a Paris-based creative studio dedicated to tailor-made culinary experiences. Working across creative direction, artistic installations, and original food concepts, the studio designs unique creations that bring imagination and emotion to the table.

At the heart of every project is the poetry of transformation turning ingredients into immersive and memorable moments, always with the ambition of serving wonder.

Founded by chef and food artist Zélikha Dinga, trained at Ferrandi in Paris after studying literature, Caro Diario builds on years of experience to create singular culinary experiences for clients worldwide.

About

Personal projects and commissioned works blend harmoniously within Caro Diario’s practice. Every summer for the past three years, the studio has hosted an ice cream pop-up in Paris - now a signature event - alongside bespoke catering for international luxury brands, large-scale food installations, and creative workshops such as the one led at Domaine de Boisbuchet, a renowned design and architecture research center.

Always evolving, the studio continues to explore new ways of turning food into a medium for creativity and experience, from intimate gatherings to ambitious artistic collaborations.
